Human Race 10K Live from the Inside (Nike+)

Nice work from BBDO Argentina. I would love to see something similar but on a larger scale at the London Marathon. Maybe this could be extended with real time donations to encourage your friends while they are running?

The Future is here: Bionic Computing

Microsoft Research is seeking patents on a method of controlling computers using Electromyography, or EMG -- a system that translates electrical activity from muscles into instructions for the computer. Just have a look on how it works and what the possibilities are:

Creative clubbing

These days, clubbers demand more and more entertainment when they go out. Everybody has seen the lasers by now and isn't instantly wowed by light technology. Etienne de Crecy understood this perfectly when he created his "Cube".

The video is recorded at Matter in London. Matter offers next to amazing line-ups, state of the art technology  such as a "body kinetic dancefloor" to deliver an unforgettable night out. I know where I'm going tomorrow night!

Information touch screens Grantham Railway station

This weekend I took the train from London King X to Nottingham for a hedonistic weekend in what must be the "miniskirt-high heels" capital of the UK.

When switching trains in Grantham, I discovered these nifty information walls with a touch screen, integrated Google maps, news, weather, traffic info, etc. So even without my laptop I managed to survive a one hour wait! Thank you Grantham Station! (NMBS, please learn from this)

From now on, you can send a tweet by just using your toughts!

From now on tweeting just got easier. Forget about keybords or touchscreens, let your brain do the work for you. No sciencefiction, because the researchers from the University of Wisconsin already did it. The first tweet that was sent just using toughts was: "USING EEG TO SEND TWEET".

More info can be found on the Nitro Lablog.
